Terms and Privacy Policy

General Terms

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "User") by Sole Proprietor Evgeniya Alexandrovna Uvarova (hereinafter referred to as "Uvarova"). This information may be obtained by Uvarova when the User uses services/products or a non-exclusive license, including those provided via the website, services, platforms, or software used by Uvarova (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Services").

1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of personal information that the User provides about themselves voluntarily when using the Website, Services, or in the process of registration (account creation) for the purchase of goods/services or a non-exclusive license, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents of Uvarova, and the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

1.4. By registering on the Website and using the Website and Services, the User fully agrees to the terms of this Policy.

1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must immediately stop using the Website and/or any Services available through the Website.

Purposes of Collecting, Processing, and Storing Information Provided by Users of the Website

2.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Uvarova processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

— to identify the party within agreements and contracts concluded with Uvarova;

— to provide the User with goods/services, a non-exclusive license, and access to the Website and Services;

— to communicate with the User, including sending transactional emails upon receiving a request or payment from the User (sent once, only when such actions are taken), and to send notifications and inquiries;

— to conduct statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

Conditions for Processing Personal Information Provided by the User and Its Disclosure to Third Parties

3.1. Uvarova takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3.2. Uvarova grants access to the User’s personal data only to those employees, contractors, and affiliated persons who need this information to ensure the operation of the Website and Services, to provide services, sell goods, or enable the User to obtain a non-exclusive license.

3.3. Uvarova has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the applicable laws of the Russian Federation (including for the purpose of preventing and/or stopping unlawful and/or illegal actions by Users). Disclosure of the information provided by the User may only be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, upon request from a court, law enforcement authorities, or in other cases stipulated by law.

3.4. Uvarova does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and assumes that the User, acting in good faith, provides accurate and sufficient information and takes responsibility for updating previously submitted information when necessary.

4.1. By using the Website, the User confirms that:

— they have all the necessary rights to register and use the Website’s Services;

— they provide accurate information about themselves to the extent necessary for using the Website’s Services; fields required for the provision of services are specially marked, and all other information is provided by the User at their own discretion.

— they understand that information posted by the User about themselves on the Website may become accessible to third parties not specified in this Policy and may be copied and distributed by them;

— they have read this Policy, agree with its terms, and accept the rights and obligations specified herein. Checking the box under the link to this Policy constitutes the User’s written consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of their personal data to third parties.

4.2. Uvarova does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) from Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User.

Within the scope of this Policy, "User’s personal information" refers to:

5.1. Information voluntarily provided by the User while using the Website or Services, including but not limited to: first name, last name, gender, mobile phone number, and/or email address.

5.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services in the course of their use through software installed on the User’s device, including the IP address, cookie information, browser data (or other software used to access the Services), access time, and the address of the requested page.

5.3. Other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Regulatory Documents of individual Services provided by Uvarova.

Changes to the Privacy Policy. Governing Law

6.1. Uvarova reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the updated version will indicate the date of the last revision. The new version of the Policy takes effect upon its publication, unless otherwise specified in the updated Policy. The current version is always available at: https://fit-menu.us/

6.2. This Policy and any relationships between the User and Uvarova arising from the application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
